RESOLVED
This announcement has been resolved, no further updates are expected.
Emergency Cloud Network Maintenance
We have experienced a router hardware failure in our Manchester datacenter. Our resiliency in this datacenter means that the network suffered seconds of downtime as our backup router instances had taken over.

We are in the process of replacing the affected hardware, but for now the network is stable.

We will be moving our primary network transit providers over to the secondary router shortly, which will result in an estimation of 30 seconds of traffic reconverging when this happens. This should not majorly affect services, but it's important that customers are aware of the very small drop in traffic whilst this occurs.

We will update customers shortly.

Emergency Cloud Network Maintenance
We have adjusted our transit providers serving this location now and the network is once again stable.

We do not anticipate any further interruptions to the network this evening whilst our vendor supplies the replacement hardware.

We will update this once we are ready to perform the second phase of the maintenance which will involve physically swapping out the affected hardware. This will not cause any network interruption, but we will issue and at-risk notice at the time.

We have monitored the network overnight and no further issues have been identified or expected.

We will create a separate announcement once we are ready to swap out the affected hardware.
