Customers on our Cloud platform may be experiencing network connection or performance issues currently. We are investigating a fault which appears to be related to an outage in a major upstream carrier. Our network team is looking into ways to mitigate this and I will issue an update soon with more information. Apologies for any inconvenience caused by this. |
