Network Switch Maintenance
During the core network upgrade on Tuesday 19th August, we identified some unanticipated problems with the link aggregation between the two switches that provide network connectivity your servers. We would like to iterate that this problem has not been service affecting.

To implement a fix for the above problem, we will be performing a final period of maintenance during the following period:

--------------------------------
START: Friday 26th September, 2014 @ 01:00am BST
END : Friday 26th September, 2014 @ 04:00am BST
--------------------------------

During the above period, loss of network connectivity is likely to happen whilst we reconfigure the switches in this rack. This is necessary to restore the maximum throughput these switches can achieve to its full capacity. The downtime is estimated to be around around 10 - 20 minutes in total during this period.

This maintenance is being performed in a way that if any issues occur, or the allotted timeframe is exceeded, we can roll back the configuration and restore service within a couple of minutes.

We apologise for the inconvenience caused, however this maintenance is essential to restore full service.

If you have any queries regarding the above maintenance, please email our 24x7x365 helpdesk at help@clook.info.
