Server migration
Due to recent issues experienced with Richards we have decided to move forward with an emergency migration to new (and upgraded!) hardware. This is being undertaken at this very moment and will be completed over the next few hours. All clients will be kept updated via this announcement and as always our help desk is available should you have any further concerns.

The expected impact is minimal, however intermittent HTTP and MySQL outages should be anticipated until the work has been completed. In total, we expect this to take approximately one hour. Any emails will be queued and delivered once this work has been completed.

We apologies for any inconvenience caused and would like to reassure you that we constantly work to improve our server and network stability and performance.

The data has now been migrated and we are performing an apache rebuild, this will take around 30min.
