| We are still investigating the issue with high load while trying to keep services online. The issue appears to be due to an excessive amount of mysql processes running and then hanging instead of properly closing. We will update this announcement once there is further information. |

| We were able to flush the hung connections and are continuing to monitor the situation. The server load has returned to normal and all services are operational. |
