After rebooting the server has not come online, on further investigation the issue appears to be a problem with the PSU. We are currently testing this issue and will provide further updates as the information becomes available.

The server is now up on new hardware, but network connections are still down. We're working on this now, and should have it back online fairly soon.

It took much longer than anticipated to obtain access to the server in order to fix the networking issue, but the server is now back online. Our apologies for any inconvenience caused by this downtime.
