RESOLVED
This announcement has been resolved, no further updates are expected.
IP changes
As you may recall, the server your account is hosted on suffered with a DOS attack within the last few months which we resolved by swapping all domains to dedicated IP space as a temporary measure. The time is approaching where we need to swap all domains back which is the reason for this announcement.

The work is scheduled for the night of Wednesday 14th October starting at 9pm and will be taken care of by us with no client intervention. Downtime will be minimal and should not exceed 5-10 minutes. During the work if you notice a cPanel default page appearing for your domain name please wait 10 minutes then reboot your computer and router to force a DNS refresh.

Anyone who DOES NOT use our nameservers to set domains to (99% of clients can ignore this) please note that you will need to change your domain A record IP to 77.72.203.100 at the time this work is scheduled.

Finally, anyone with an SSL certificate installed can ignore this announcement as we will be contacting you separately.

IP changes
This work will be starting soon. All domains not using SSL will be changed to the IP 77.72.203.100 which is what should be set in any third party DNS being used (minority of cases).
