Apologies for the delay in this announcement. This server is suffering from serious hardware issues that remain after all attempts at resolution. In an effort to get the server back online in the shorted time we will now be migrating to new hardware. This announcement will remain updated.

Server migration
Unfortunately the data is reading quite slowly from the faulty server so this work is taking longer than usual. However, due to the current timescale (middle of the night) and the method being used we will be continuing in order to migrate the current data. User websites will appear back online as the home directory data gets brought across.

Server migration
As mentioned earlier, many websites will have been back online for some time as each user data was copied across. After the reboot a short time ago all services such as email, ftp, etc will have started working with most things now fully active and working from the new machine. Work is continuing as we install the additional software to the new server such as control panel themes.

Server migration
Everything was completed on the new machine some time ago and all tests have been successful. With the new machine much more powerful this should result in a much faster and more stable hosting environment for all clients.
