Unfortunately the server has experienced a file system issue, we are working on resolving this asap and will keep you updated.

We have been unable to repair the file system and are proceeding with some hardware replacements and doing a new OS install and backup restore.
We will provide further updates once the backup restore has begun.

All system data is now restored and user accounts are being worked through. The first stage will restore all user settings and databases after which the second phase will restore all home directory data and email. It is difficult to estimate the time this will take but it should be 1-3 hours. This announcement will be updated in 30 minutes from now with a progress update.

User settings and databases are now restored and each user is being cycled through to restore home directory data and email. This is proceeding with accounts in alphabetical order, and is still on users starting with the letter A. As this part of the restore completes for each user, websites should start showing back online.

The restore is still in progress. Approximately 45% of user data is now restored.

Approximately 55% of user data is now restored. Sites for accounts with names starting A to M should mostly be back online.

All work to restore data from backups is now complete with user websites showing back online from the point that user data was restored.

Data is now fully restored and all sites should be back online. Incoming mail has been queued at the mail cluster while the server was offline, and should now start coming through shortly.
