This server has experienced further RAID and file system related issue. We are working on resolving this asap and further updates to come.

Unfortunately the server has suffered a critical failure on the RAID controller, we are working on getting this server reinstalled and restored from the latest backup. We will provide updates as much as possible.

We have completed the server reinstall and we are currently progressing on the backup restore.

All account data has now been restored from backups and all sites should be back online. We are conducting some tests to ensure everything is working as it should and will send another update when we have completed work.

Tests are complete this side so all restore work is complete. A full RFO (Reason For Outage) will be sent within the next 48 hours.
