This announcement has been resolved, no further updates are expected.
Server migration
This announcement is to inform of an upcoming server migration to newer, more powerful hardware in line with our hardware refresh programme. While doing this work we will also be enabling a great new feature only available on Hosted Email products called Crossbox which brings a much cleaner and faster webmail experience with fully supported IOS/Android apps for managing email (more info here: https://crossbox.io/ ).

All stored email and settings will be brought across to the new server and no-one should need to make any changes after the work is complete as long as recommended settings have been used in email software (connecting to mail.domain.com or email01.uk-noc.com).

The maintenance window is: Monday 30th August 2021 8pm-10pm

During this time email will continue to function but there will be a period of approx 15 minutes during the window where services will be disabled to ensure that the migration of data is consistent. No email will be lost during this time as it will be queued on our email servers and delivered after the work is complete.

Another notice will be sent when this work is complete.

Server migration
This server migration is now complete. No changes should be required by clients but in the event of any connection issues please try rebooting your email software and computer then trying again.
