Cloud node maintenance
One of the nodes within our cloud cluster has suffered a primary drive problem which requires a drive replacement and full operating system reinstall. Due to the redundant nature of our cloud platform this work can take place with no impact to running servers. Therefore, this announcement is not categorised as critical but should still be considered an AT-RISK period.

The drive replacement and reinstall work will be taking place at 7.30pm this evening (11/08/21).

This work was completed as planned with no servers or services experiencing any downtime due to the redundant nature of our Cloud platform.
