Work Description: Firmware upgrade on our core routing infrastructure Maintenance Window: 26/07/21 7:00pm-11:59pm (5 Hours) Downtime: None Expected Due to some stability issues affecting our core routers we are scheduling a maintenance window to update the firmware. This will resolve an operating system bug that has been identified by the equipment vendor and caused the problems today. No downtime is expected for clients due to the redundant pair or routers but clients should consider the above period AT-RISK. Another email will be sent shortly before the work starts and when complete.
