| Type of Maintenance: Planned Date: 30th June 2021 Time: 20:00 Notication Type: At Risk Duration: 12 hours Action Required: None Downtime: None expected Detail: This email is to provide notice of an at risk period of maintenance to key elements of our underlying cloud infrastructure. As part of our commitment to proactive maintenance, the following components will be upgraded: Hypervisors Distributed Storage System The upgrade will take place on 30th June 2021 and will begin promptly at 20:00. During our testing of this upgrade, there was no service disruption. While we do not anticipate any service disruption during this maintenance, we still wanted to notify you of this at risk period, because as with most upgrades of this nature there is a potential for service disruption. There is no action required on your part, as referenced earlier, we do not expect the upgrade will be service disrupting. If you do notice any issues during the maintenance window, please let us know and we will investigate this for you. We will send another email three days before the maintenance work and immediately before the work starts. Once completed, a final email will be sent to confirm this. In the interim, if you have any issues relating to this work please raise this in a ticket. |
