| It has been confirmed by our network team that the short network issue this afternoon was caused by a problem at the London Internet Exchange (LINX) affecting many providers. Soon after the problem started, our network engineers disabled our connection to LINX to keep our network stable and this remained the case for some hours until LINX had confirmed resolution at their side. We are not expecting any repeat of this issue and so now consider the matter resolved. |
