The server has experienced a hardware related performance issue. We are working on restoring normal service as soon as possible and will provide further updates shortly.

We continue to monitor this and will provide further updates asap. For now we are keeping MySQL off to maintain data integrity while we investigate this hardware fault further.

Although services themselves were restored yesterday, a hardware replacement has been required. This replacement has been completed over the course of today and yesterday and I confirm that the fault has been rectified. Please let us know if you experience any further issues and we will investigate.
