Due to an error with the filesystem, this server will need to be rebuilt and restored from backups. This may take some time, we will update with progress as and when we have it.

As of 9:30PM this restore is now complete and the server is fully operational again. We don't expect any further issues here, however if after checking the functionality of your sites you do notice anything that isn't as you expect, please do open a support ticket so we can look into this for you.
