Server continued issues and hardware move
Sorry for the continued issues experienced on this server. We are working on moving the accounts on this server to new hardware to help resolve the recent instability and improve performance. We are doing an initial copy, then we will briefly stop services on this server and resync over again. We expect the downtime to last 5-10 minutes and will provide timeline with ETA shortly.

The first pass copy is still progressing, we are going to try and proceed with the switchover tomorrow and will provide a ETA at around 9am tomorrow.

We are doing another sync of the data, with a view to switching over in the next few hours. However, the continued issues are making this process take longer, we are looking at mitigating this as best as we can and will provide a timeframe shortly.

We are aiming to start the final sync at around 10:30, this will involve blocking access to websites/email and the control panel to avoid any data conflicts.
