Hi, This email serves as advanced notice for a period of downtime whilst we complete essential server maintenance. We are now ready to complete work to permanently fix this server and replace the hardware completely. As this is a scheduled work slot we are able to do this out of hours, but will do it shortly to avoid any issues. Period impact: All services unavailable for approximately 30 minutes during the downtime period. Period start: 22:00 01/10/2020 Period end: 23:00 01/10/2020 This essential work is to upgrade the hardware of the server which your site resides on in response to the recent Emergency Corrective Maintenance announcements you have received.
