Emergency Hardware Replacement 27/07/20
We are planning an urgent migration of this server to replacement hardware following a hardware failure which occurred today. The hardware replacement will be happening promptly just after 17:00, this is due to the urgent nature of the failure. We will update this announcement when the server goes offline and again when the replacement has been completed.

The hardware replacement will still go ahead this evening though there has been a slight delay. We will update this announcement when the server goes offline and again when the replacement has been completed. Anticipated downtime for the replacement is around 20 minutes.

Unfortunately, due to these unforeseen issues the downtime has been extended. We do not currently have an ETA for restoring services. But please be assured that this is being worked on as an absolute priority. We will update you once the next milestone of restoring the services have been reached.

Thank you for you continued patience. Due to an additional hardware failure, I am currently restoring the server from a backup taken yesterday (26/07/20). I will confirm once the content is restored and accessible.

Just an update all accounts were restored early this morning and we are currently finishing up verifying and reviewing everything. We will need to perform a quick reboot on this server to apply one final change, we will update this announcement to confirm when this is in progress.
