Just an update on this, we are doing some SSD replacements and this should not involve any downtime. We are also preparing a hardware swap if required. We will keep this announcement updated as to the progress of these replacements and the status of the performance issues.

Unfortunately the issues are persisting, we are arranging a hardware chassis swap, where we will move the drives into a new server. This will involve a few minutes downtime and we will update this announcement with a time-frame once this has been scheduled.

Sorry for the lack of updates, we've managed to get the server back online however there are still some outstanding issues which we are working on.
