| Maintenance window : 24-12-2019 04:40 – 24-12-2019 05:40. This is a notice of an “at-risk” period of maintenance. We do anticipate there will be service-affecting disruption of around 30-40 minutes while this work is being performed, we will try to keep this to a minimum. We need to perform power maintence on critical rack power disrubition hardware. Basic summary of the work and expected disruption: We will be shutting down your server and then the NOC technician will be replacing the PDU in the rack. Once the maintenance is complete, please check through your sites and make sure they are working and if you have any issues please open a support ticket. |
