2019/20 Holiday Period Moratorium
This email is to inform all customers of our holiday period availability:

Support Helpdesk: available 24/7 as normal
Support Telephone: available 24/7 as normal except 23rd - 24th December 2019 which is available 08:00 - 16:00
Sales / Billing / Accounts: closed 20th December 2019 17:00 - 2nd January 2020 09:00

As above, our 24/7 support will continue to be available throughout the holidays via our online helpdesk.

New orders received during the above moratoriums will be processed as normal but subject to small delays due to reduced staff coverage.
Our online client portal will of course be available throughout which can be used to manage invoices, make payments, upgrade/downgrade services, manage domain names and submit new orders.
