Packet Loss - Cloud Network
We are currently investigating packet loss in our cloud network. This may result in slower wesbites than usual.

There may be some servers that appear offline during this period. This will also be effecting email on the servers, these will be queued in the email cluster.

We are now aware this is not a packet loss issue and we are currently investigating another possible cause regarding internal routing.

This issue has now been resolved and we will publish an RFO once investigation is complete.

Packet Loss - Cloud Network
While performing network upgrades ready for our new cloud system, the new routers that have been put in place were powered on and started accepting traffic. This caused some of the outgoing traffic from the network to be routed incorrectly and lost.

Once this was identified as the cause of the problem, these interfaces were shut down and normal traffic routing resumed.
