Urgent maintenance 5-7-2019
Maintenance window : 5-7-2019 21:00 – 5-7-2019 22:00. This is a notice of an “at-risk” period of maintenance. We do anticipate there will be service-affecting disruption of around 20-30 minutes while this work is being performed, we will try to keep this to a minimum. We have detected MySQL InnoDB corruption and need to perform some urgent maintenance to correct this, which will involve downtime while the work is being done. Once the maintenance is complete, please check through your sites and make sure they are working and if you have any issues please open a support ticket.

Sorry for the lack of updates, we've implemented a work-around for the issue and will be investigating this further, tomorrow with a view to scheduling further work and will keep this announcement updated. The sites should all be accessible, if not please open a support ticket.
