| We are currently looking into some network instability on this network which is causing small amounts of packet loss intermittently from some locations. This is being looked into urgently and I will update further when more information is available. |

| A fix has been applied which should resolve these brief packet drops - we will continue to monitor throughout the evening to make sure this is the case. Application level monitoring shows that impact to services has been minimal throughout but you may have noticed some blips on ICMP based monitoring services or similar. If you are having any further difficulties please open a ticket with support and this can be looked into. |
