Incoming Mail Delays |
---|
We are currently aware of an issue with our mail cluster where mail is being delayed. Earlier today we pushed an update to our content filter system to increase it's performance against newer types of spam we've noticed, this created a back-log of emails coming into the cluster which are now making their way through the network. > Will I receive the emails? Yes, the emails are queued and will be delivered to your inbox. > Is there a time frame? No, we do not have a current time frame for this incident, once the current back-log has gone through the cluster normal mail service will be resumed. > Should I ask the sender to re-send the email? No, please do not ask the sender to re-send the email to you, this only causes more back-logged mail and slows down the resolution of regular service. If you have any questions regarding this announcement please feel free to open a support ticket to the support department. |

We are still monitoring the levels of incoming mail and the mail is flowing through the cluster as expected. We will continue to monitor the queued mail and hope to have this issue resolved shortly. |
