Outgoing Mail Issues
We're currently aware of an issue with the filtering on outgoing mail from our servers which is causing large amounts of sent mail to be rejected. We're currently working on it and will update this announcement once the issue has been resolved. Apologies for the inconvenience.

We are still working on mitigating the number of emails being rejected by the outgoing spam filter, the issue is still ongoing and we will provide further updates through this announcement. Apologies for the inconvenience caused.

Outgoing Mail Issues
The mitigation for this issue was rolled out to all shared/reseller servers and seems to have been adopted well. We are still monitoring the issue and working on a more permanent fix.

To update this, we've noticed a vast decrease in bounceback emails. We will continue to monitor this throughout the night and update this announcement tomorrow morning.
