Network issues 11-10-2018
Sorry for any trouble caused, we're currently seeing some problems with the network routing for the cloud servers. We're looking into this and hope to have it resolved shortly.

This appears to be related to an issue at an internet exchange we peer at for the cloud network, which we have now shut down peering with temporarily to avoid any further problems - once again apologies for any inconvenience caused. We will continue to monitor the situation closely throughout the evening in case of any further hiccups.

Customers from some locations/ISP's may still be noticing routing issues unfortunately - most are now up but we are aware that this isn't covering everyone. A solution is being worked on to re-establish connectivity for the remaining ISP's.
