Packet Loss
We are currently seeing packet loss affecting our Cloud network (Manchester) which may be preventing customers from connecting to services hosted on this network. This has been identified as an issue with our upstream provider which is being resolved now. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and will update you via this page when more information is available.
