Packet Loss / Routing Issues
We are currently investigating some issues surrounding our cloud network such as packet loss and slow speeds from a small number of customers.

We have investigated this issue and have made some changes to the network temporarily whilst the issue is being further investigated by LINX.

Packet Loss / Routing Issues
We have concluded that the issue this morning was due to a large amount of errors appearing on one of our interfaces to LINX. Further investigation led us to a faulty patch cable which has since been replaced.

Connectivity speeds and stability has been monitored for some time now without issue, as such this issue is now considered resolved.
