2016/17 Holiday Period Moratorium
This announcement is to inform all customers of our holiday period availability:

Support (helpdesk/email/telephone): available 24/7 as normal
Sales / Billing / Accounts: closed Wednesday 21st December 2016 17:00 - Tuesday 3rd January 2017 09:00

As above, our 24/7 support will continue to be available throughout the holidays via both our online helpdesk and telephone. New orders received during the above moratoriums will be processed as normal but subject to small delays due to reduced staff coverage.

Our online client portal will of course be available throughout which can be used to manage invoices, make payments, upgrade/downgrade services, manage domain names and submit new orders. Please also remember the various self help resources available at the link below including FAQ articles and demonstration videos.
