| We will be replacing one of our core routers at this facility on Friday 5th August, 2016 at 11:30am. This replacement should not cause any impact to the network, however we would like to make customers aware in case a small drop in packets is identified. The procedure for swapping out network equipment is performed in a way where this should not cause any detrimental impact to customer servers. We will update this announcement tomorrow when the new hardware has been installed. If you have any questions, please do feel free to contact our helpdesk. |
