Apologies for the lack of "further information" promised earlier. Here's what we can tell you so far. One of the sites on this server is under an extremely heavy attack, which was beginning to cause problems for the entire network, so we had no choice but to take the server offline to reduce the impact. The target site itself has actually been moved elsewhere in the hope of at least redirecting the attack, but it may take a while for the attackers to pick up on the fact that it has moved, and the malicious traffic is currently still being directed at Navarro. Once this has died down, we'll be able to bring the server back online. Hopefully, it should be back by the morning.

Most sites on the server should still be accessible as they were moved to an alternative IP address earlier in the evening, but cPanel, Webmail, etc. will still be unavailable until this issue is fully resolved.

Full service for cPanel, Webmail etc. has now been available on Navarro for quite some time now and for the most part you should be seeing things as being back to normal. Apologies for any inconvenience caused by the downtime during this period - if you are still experiencing any issues, please do let us know via a ticket from the client portal or via email.
