This announcement is to inform all customers of our holiday period availability: Support (helpdesk/email): available 24/7 as normal Support (telephone): unavailable Wednesday 23rd December 2015 16:00 - Tuesday 5th January 2016 09:00 Sales / Billing / Accounts: closed Wednesday 23rd December 2015 16:00 - Tuesday 5th January 2016 09:00 As above, our 24/7 support will continue to be available throughout the holidays via our online helpdesk only. New orders received during the above moratoriums will be processed as normal but subject to small delays due to reduced staff coverage. Our online client portal will of course be available throughout which can be used to manage invoices, make payments, upgrade/downgrade services, manage domain names and submit new orders.
