| VAT "place of supply" changes |

| From 1st January 2015, changes will be made to the EU VAT "place of supply" which may affect clients outside of the UK but within Europe. To date, we have added VAT (where applicable) at the VAT rate of the UK. This will soon be changing so that VAT is added at the rate of the consumers country which will be seen on invoices generated by our system due from 1st January 2015. For those outside of the UK but within Europe who are not VAT registered, please be aware that your total invoice amounts may change as a result of the VAT rate changing to your local rate. This will apply to all invoices due on or after 1st January 2015.
