Emergency Server Maintenance
As part of our proactive monitoring on all servers, we have identified a problem with a piece of hardware on the white.uk-noc.com machine. To remedy the situation, we will be powering down the white.uk-noc.com server at 03:00am BST to reseat, and if necessary, replace this hardware component. We expect the maintenance period to last around 30 minutes. During this period, all websites hosted on this server will be unavailable and emails sent to email addresses will be queued on our email cluster and delivered once this server is back online. We appreciate that no time is a good time to take a machine offline, however we have scheduled this at a time that is convenient for the majority of customers hosted on the server based on activity in the last week.
