| At around 17:20 this evening we became aware of an issue on the server which required an unscheduled reboot to resolve. Unfortunately, during this reboot it became clear that there was a far more serious and complex reason behind this. After diagnosing the issue and replacing hardware, the filesystem then had to be checked for any inconsistencies, causing a further delay. As of 21:15 this is complete and the server is now fully operational. If you do experience any further problems, please open a support ticket as usual. Please accept our apologies for the downtime this evening and we hope that not too much inconvenience was caused. |
