| We have identified a problem with one customer's site which had a runaway process creating entries in a database, which was filling up space on the drive faster than we could manage to stop it. We have now taken action to suspend that site, and the disk space issues are resolved. We will work with the customer to ensure it doesn't happen again. Apologies for any inconvenience caused. |

| There will be a short MySQL outage while we restart it in order to recover some space used as a result of this issue. This should take no more than 5 minutes. |

| Current status: MySQL is back up and we are repairing databases now of any crashed tables. |
