Network outage
Around 10:10am this morning we where alerted to a issue with one of our core switches. The issue causes a handful of switches to fail-over to their secondary links as expected, this caused around 10min of outage/high packet loss for parts of the network.

Once we had rectified the issue with the core switch, we brought it back into service and a number of connections failed back over causing another few minutes of outage.

In total you may have seen around 15min of network turbulence, starting around 10:10 and being finally resolved around 10:30. We're confident that the switching network is once again stable and you shouldn't see any further impact.
