RESOLVED
This announcement has been resolved, no further updates are expected.
Kernel update
Due to a bug in the current kernel running on these servers which conflicts with an internal setting of the cPanel software we need to carry out an urgent reboot to apply a patch. This is the cause of some clients experiencing problems with Mailman lists and icons not showing in cPanel which will be resolved after the server reboot.

Reboots will be done from 4pm today and each server should not experience more than 2 minutes downtime. We're taking measures to avoid filesystem checks but in the very rare event this is required, total downtime could be a little longer (10-15 minutes) but this is absolutely worst case scenario and not expected at all.

This announcement will remain updated throughout.

Kernel update
White is now back up which concludes this maintenance.

All servers apart from White rebooted cleanly with average downtime around 90 seconds. White went into a filesystem check on bootup which took approx 15 minutes.
